It has been a long time since I have written in my blog because of my workload. Yesterday I have seen that you cannot directly right click and add web reference to a console application. Instead, you have to click “Add Service Reference”, click “Advanced”, click “Add Web Reference” button at the bottom and then enter your Web Reference URL.
